How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days

Express shipping: 1-3 business days

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the items you've ordered and the shipping method selected. You can find an estimated timeline for your order at checkout.

What is your refund policy?

Dutch Blitz Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Dutch Blitz merch! If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order’s original ship date.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and process the return (please allow 5-10 business days after processing).
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return Criteria
Returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in new/unused condition
  • Have all original tags attached and intact
  • Be free of odors, stains, or damage

Damaged & Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@dutchblitz.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please include photos showing the issue so we can review.
  • Reports outside of this window cannot be processed.

Cancellations
Due to our quick turnaround times, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified after checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Unfortunately, Dutch Blitz cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

What do I do if I'm missing game pieces?

In all of Dutch Blitz's history, this has only happened once or twice. But iff you're missing a card, we are happy to send you replacement pieces free of charge. You'll need to let us know within 7 days of delivery. To do so, reach out to us via our Contact Page.

How can I learn to play Dutch Blitz?

What happens if I miss a card I could have played? Can I go back and play it?

No, you can’t. Once you flip those three cards you have to move forward. 

Do you need to have the original game to use the expansion packs or can you just use the purple expansion pack?

You do not! Feel free to pick your favorite color and enjoy the game whether it’s the green, blue or purple pack!

Can a score go negative?

Yes, a score can go into the negative especially in the first round!

Can I move cards between my Post Piles?

You can move one card at a time - you cannot shift entire piles.

In the Wood Pile, do you always have to flip three cards at a time?

Yes. You should always flip three cards from your Wood Pile. If only 1 or 2 cards remain, you will cycle the pile to ensure you are flipping three cards at a time, keeping consistent with the official rules

Is there an app version of Dutch Blitz?

There sure is! Downloadable on Google and the App Store 

Will there ever be an update on the app where you can play with friends?

YES!! It is in the works now and hope to have it ready for launch in 2026

Are there Dutch Blitz Tournaments that I can join?

Official Dutch Blitz Tournaments are in the works! In the meantime you can find local fans playing on our socials and in our newsletter which you can sign up for here.
